Is Deeksha the same as Reiki & can Reiki practitioners give deeksha ?

No, the purpose and vibrational frequency of the two is quite different. Reiki practitioners (or any other vibrational healers for that matter) cannot channel the deeksha energy unless the monks at Oneness University have initiated them. The reason for this is that during the initiation, the monks do specific things to the brain, chakras and nervous system that enable the person to transmit this particular type of energy. The Deeksha energy enhances the intensity of the healing energy for all vibrational healers.
